Academy Court

An award winner at the 20th annual SURF awards, Academy Court sees the regeneration of the former Chapelpark School into modern social housing. The B listed building had lain dormant since it was closed as a school in 2008. The conversion into housing brings a well-known building which had played a large part in the community back into public use.

The houses themselves are designed to be comfortable, efficient, and healthy homes which make use of modern building techniques to ensure residents can enjoy a home which they can be proud of and feels like a safe and inclusive environment.
